Why would Alex Jones assist Cindy Sheehan’s persecutors?

If anyone can tell you about how the government is screwing you six ways from Sunday that would be Alex Jones. He will rant and rave about things like the harmful fluoride that’s been introduced to the public water supply. He also mentions the toxic mercury preservatives that are being deliberately added to the vaccines. He delves into other topics like covert Eugenics programs that introduce harmful genetically modified organisms into our food supply. Jones will tell you how terrible these wars are, and about the untold innocent children that are being murdered on a daily basis due to U.S. military campaigns in foreign countries.

I post a lot of Alex Jones’s work because to be quite frank the information that he covers is very compelling. Most people whom are politically awakened can probably tell you what a gigantic influence Jones has been in revealing various hidden truths within the occult world of politics.

But, there comes a time when you’ve really got to ask yourself is Alex Jones in denial about the very things that he talks about? Just today for example moments before Cindy Sheehan came on air to talk about how the IRS is targeting her. Jones ran a commercial from a sponsor he accepts money from (2:22.43). The commercial was designed to scare people into settling with the IRS. Shortly after the commercial Cindy Sheehan came on and chatted with Aaron Dykes about her problems with the IRS. Aaron Dykes conducted a great interview he even went so far as to quote the late great Henry David Thoreau.

Thoreau is a man who advocated civil disobedience in the face of taxation because he was opposed to the war that the United States was waging against Mexico at that time. You can learn about this by reading his famous piece entitled ‘Civil Disobedience’. Sheehan voiced similar concerns and said that she wished she could have paid more attention to Thoreau in high school because then she may not have lost her son in the Iraq war.

The interview on a whole was very compelling, during a few of the calls it was pointed out that with the NDAA, if government can target, kill, and or detain Americans indefinitely without trial. Then why would anyone even consider joining the military to fight for this country or for that matter pay an income tax?

Now this article was not written to get you to engage in civil disobedience, nor was it written to get you to engage in civil obedience. Its main purpose is to get you to think about the source. Why would Alex Jones air a commercial constructed to help the IRS just minutes before having Cindy Sheehan on as a guest? I mean I hope that it wasn’t some type of strategic product placement, the very thought of that makes my stomach churn in revolt.

The only thing that I can think of is that Jones for some reason doesn’t fully accept the reality of the information that he spews out on a daily basis. I would like to think that most people out there who accept Jones’ paradigm of what’s really going on in the world today. I would like to think that these people WOULD NOT accept money in exchange to help get others to financially support the very systems of governance that are persecuting them (and or murdering innocent people all across the world) on a daily basis.

I guess what I’m saying is that I’ve always been under the impression that people who can identify the bad guys, and then knowingly assist the bad guys in exchange for money are listed in my book next to an oversized question mark. Next to that mark it asks whether this person is a sociopath, are they in denial, willfully ignorant, or just plain greedy?

As for me just the very fact that some grimey lawyer was able to get Jones to do this smacks of an illicit drug dealer convincing a cop to hand out his business card in exchange for free product. I call shenanigans... what say you?

If you think that a man who straps a bomb to his chest and detonates it upon reaching his target has committed a cowardly act of terror. Then how do you feel about people who remote pilot predator drones? How come only one of these violent acts is considered an act of terrorism? Are we as Americans really that fucked up in the head to believe that violence initiated by the U.S. Government somehow does not terrorize the civilian populations of the countries being bombed?

How would you feel if you came home only to find that your house is a smoldering pile of rubble? How would you feel if you found out that your children were inside? How would you feel if some Chinese general apologized for the error that resulted in your house being bombed instead of the house of the suspected terrorist? Now that’s the kind of thing that would probably make a man strap a bomb to his chest and detonate it upon reaching his target.

Violence begets violence. I don’t know why the U.S. Government thinks it has the monopoly on force. But when you do the math, you will realize that there are alot of incensed Iraqis, Pakistanis, Libyans, and Afghanis who would be willing to die for the opportunity to spill the blood of American Soldiers. U.S. Foreign policy seems to be hell-bent on creating terrorists (AKA angry people seeking revenge) with these ruthless and fruitless bombing campaigns.

Should we be so worried about Al-Qaeda recruiting terrorists when our very own government seems to be doing a superb job of creating countless new enemies on a daily basis? Do you think that people in the government are stupid and don’t realize the consequences of their actions? Do you think that maybe the military industrial complex would benefit from an America that wages perpetual warfare on enemies that it created? How else are defense contractors to provide dividends for their shareholders?

In the summer of 2004, a 6-month-old girl who lived in the southeastern part of the Netherlands—prime, intensive hog-farming country—went in for surgery for a birth defect of her heart. As is routine in the Netherlands, which has excellent hospital infection control, she was checked before surgery for MRSA, the drug-resistant bacterium that can live on the skin without causing infections and can be unwittingly transmitted from one patient to another. The girl was carrying MRSA, which was a surprise—but the bigger surprise was that her MRSA strain did not render any results on the standard identification test, PFGE.

Looking for a source for the mysterious strain, the hospital epidemiologists where the girl was being treated asked to check her family: father, mother, and school-age sibling. They were carrying it. They asked to check the family's social circle; some of them were carrying it too. Then, flailing about for an answer—the Netherlands has such low rates of MRSA that these persistent findings were really rather odd—the epidemiologists asked what the family and their friends all did for a living, and received the answer that they were all pig farmers. So they checked the pigs, and the pigs were carrying the MRSA strain as well. And if a new MRSA strain in humans was odd, then a MRSA strain in pigs was very odd—because swine have their own varieties of staph, and are not supposed to get S. aureus, the usually human strain that accounts for the "SA" in MRSA.

In a secret program that is now admitted to be true, the United States government injected unknowing human ‘participants’ with highly toxic plutonium. It sounds like a bizarre torture scenario that you’d expect to see blamed on illegal terror organizations, but the individuals behind this crime are actually doctors working for the United States government. Disregarding the health of innocent citizens, the government testers were eager to see how unknowing participants suffered as a result of secret plutonium injection.

It began in 1945, when an employee at the Oak Ridge Nuclear Facility was in a car accident. Ebb Cade survived, but was taken in as a human participant in a disturbing study he did not consent to. It is important to note that this man was a fifty-three-year-old African American, as previous government trials have singled out African Americans and other minorities. The racist sterilization programs occurred between 1929 to 1974 under an admitted eugenics programs that officials claimed were ‘creating a better society’. Most victims were poor, black women who were ‘deemed unfit to be parents’. Individuals as young as 10 were sterilized simply for not getting along with schoolmates or being promiscuous, and many parents were misled into sterilizing their children.

Ebb Cade was taken and bound to a bed with a broken arm and leg, where doctors interviewed him regarding his current state of health. After determining he was in a state of proper health, doctors secretly injected him with 4.7 micrograms of plutonium on Aptil 10th. It is still unknown who exactly ordered the program within the U.S. government, as they have managed to disassociate themselves with the entire nefarious program. At the time of the injection, scientists were perfectly aware of the negative effects associated with radiation. With cancers and radiation sickness on the rise, these scientists knew exactly what they were doing — examining the effects of plutonium isotopes on living beings.

Prior to the tests on Cade, the scientists injected animals with plutonium and noted the severe adverse effects. In some cases, animals were even fed radioactive waste. In fact, one scientist received a face full of gas and required his stomach to be pumped along with a full face scrub in an attempt to eliminate the threat. The scientists made sure that they were given the full treatment after the exposure. Meanwhile, they were injecting individuals with plutonium.

Scientists took excretions from Cade over the next five days to see how much plutonium retained in his body. They also refused to set his broken bones until April 15th, and cut samples from the bone before doing so to examine the plutonium content in his bone tissue. Fifteen of his teeth were pulled for testing. After all of this, they never informed Cade what they were doing. One nurse said that the tortured Cade escaped in the middle of the night, and he was later found to die in 1953 of heart failure.

Sadly, Cade was not the last test experiment.

Three human experiments followed, all cancer patients seeking treatment. Instead of treatment, the patients were injected with deadly plutonium in order for government scientists to see the effects. A man in his sixties with lung cancer, a woman in her fifties with breast cancer, and a “young man” with Hodgkin’s lymphoma were all given the poison. Conveniently, the third patient’s records are not available. He was injected with fifteen times more than any other individual, at 95 micrograms.

What followed is further widespread testing. The University of Rochester joined the program, injecting patients with not only plutonium but radioactive isotopes like polonium and uranium. Other institutions like the University of California soon followed suit.

Perhaps most concerning is the fact that this disgusting disregard for human health is not an isolated incident. The Tuskegee syphilis experiment is but one example of secret government human experiments that have run rampant throughout recent history. Taking place between 1932 and 1972, Tuskegee, Alabama, the U.S. Public Health Service knowingly infected poor black men with syphillus in order to test the effects. These men thought that they were receiving free healthcare by the U.S. government.

The list goes on, targeting minorities and the disabled in particular. From forced sterilizations to incognito injections, there is a lengthy history of government testing that shows the blatant disregard for your health by the United States government and elsewhere. With this in mind, is it any wonder why the FDA keeps toxic substances like mercury unregulated among the food supply?

But, I also understand that Israel has national interests that are unique to them and of course they consider Iran to be an existential threat in a way that we have not concluded that Iran is an existential threat. So I wouldn't suggest sitting here today that we've persuaded them that our view is the correct view and that they are acting in an ill advised fashion. But we've had a very candid, collaborative, conversation. We've shared intelligence and I was in Israel about three weeks ago and spent two days there with the senior leaders and so we're... we are continuing that dialogue.

Fareed Zakaria (6:49) If you are a betting man would you bet that Israel won't strike?

REDRAWING THE RED LINE

If you’ve read and or listened to the above carefully several things are made apparent in this interview. Firstly, the General does not think that Iran has made a move to weaponize their nuclear capabilities. Secondly, the General sees Iran as a rational actor. Thirdly, the United States and Israel’s opinion of Iran posing an existential threat are diametrically opposed in that “we” have not concluded that Iran is an existential threat. Lastly, the General does not seem to know whether or not Israel will strike Iran. Hmm... It seems to me from this Interview that Israel is the irrational actor.

(I know, I know right... tell us something we don’t know.)

Ok well how about this, it appears as if Israel via AIPAC is using their paid Zionist Senators to change the Obama Administration’s “red line” policy with respects to Iran and nuclear weapons. Currently, Iran would be crossing the proverbial red line should they make efforts to develop a nuclear weapon.

Well, with this new non-binding senate resolution they want to change it from Iran making an effort to develop a nuclear weapon, to Iran having the capability to make an effort to develop a nuclear weapon.

In essence being that Iran has already gone nuclear with respects to their energy program. These AIPAC owned Senators essentially want to make a retrospective proclamation that Iran has already stepped over this (new) red line by achieving the nuclear capacity to make an effort if they so choose too and therefore no military options should be left off of the table when dealing with Iran.

I personally cannot determine if its common sense holding back Obama and or his Military Industrial Complex Generals from attacking Iran. (Common sense in that WORLD WARS suck and we don’t need to beef with Russia and China.) Or if the Obama administration is waiting for just the right moment (maybe October?) to politically capitalize off of a new war in attempts to secure a 2nd term. Time will tell I guess.

Every victim of a crime in Michigan is entitled to make a statement in open court regarding the impact of the crime on their life. The statement is limited to the victim’s physical, emotional and financial well being as it relates to the crime. Keep that in mind as you read my statement. Below is a copy of the victim impact statement I gave today at the Underwear Bomber sentencing hearing. When reading my statement, keep in mind that I am a practicing attorney in the State of Michigan. In addition, I regularly practice in the Court the hearings are taking place at and therefore, I am somewhat limited as to what I can say. We were limited to 5 minutes each.

I wish to thank the Court for allowing me these 5 minutes to make my statement. My references to the government in this statement refer to the Federal Government excluding this Court and the prosecution. On Christmas Day 2009, my wife and I were returning from an African safari and had a connecting flight through Amsterdam. As we waited for our flight, we sat on the floor next to the boarding gate. What I witnessed while sitting there and subsequent events have changed my life forever. While I sat there, I witnessed Umar dressed in jeans and a white t-shirt, being escorted around security by a man in a tan suit who spoke perfect American English and who aided Umar in boarding without a passport. The airline gate worker initially refused Umar boarding until the man in the tan suit intervened. The event meant nothing to me at the time. Little did I know that Umar would try to kill me a few hours later as our flight approached Detroit. The final 10 minutes of our flight after the attack were the worst minutes of my life. During those 10 minutes I sat paralyzed in fear. Unfortunately, what happened next has had an even greater impact on my life and has saddened me further.

When we landed, I was shocked that our plane taxied up to the gate. I was further shocked that we were forced to sit on the plane for 20 minutes with powder from the so called bomb all over the cabin. The officers that boarded the plane did nothing to ensure our safety and did not check for accomplices or other explosive devices. Several passengers trampled through parts of the bomb as they exited the plane. We were then taken into the terminal with our unchecked carry on bags. Again, there was no concern for our safety even though Umar told the officers that there was another bomb on board as he exited the plane. I wondered why nobody was concerned about our safety, accomplices or other bombs and the lack of concern worried me greatly. I immediately told the FBI my story in order to help catch the accomplice I had seen in Amsterdam. It soon became obvious that the FBI wasn’t interested in what I had to say, which upset me further. For one month the government refused to admit the existence of the man in the tan suit before changing course and admitting his existence in an ABC News article on January 22, 2010. That was the last time the government talked about this man. The video that would prove the truth of my account has never been released. I continue to be emotionally upset that the video has not been released. The Dutch police, meanwhile, in this article (show article), also confirmed that Umar did not show his passport in Amsterdam which also meant that he didn’t go through security as both are in the same line in Amsterdam. It upsets me that the government refuses to admit this fact.

I became further saddened from this case, when Patrick Kennedy of the State Department during Congressional hearings, admitted that Umar was a known terrorist, was being followed, and the U.S. allowed him into the U.S. so that it could catch Umar’s accomplices. I was once again shocked and saddened when Michael Leiter of the National Counter terrorism Center admitted during these same hearings that intentionally letting terrorists into the U.S. was a frequent practice of the U.S. Government. I cannot fully explain my sadness, disappointment and fear when I realized that my government allowed an attack on me intentionally.

During this time, I questioned if my country intentionally put a known terrorist onto my flight with a live bomb. I had many sleepless nights over this issue. My answer came shortly thereafter. In late 2010, the FBI admitted to giving out intentionally defective bombs to the Portland Christmas Tree Bomber,the Wrigley Field Bomber and several others. Further, Mr. Chambers was quoted in the Free Press on January 11, 2011 when he indicated that the government’s own explosives experts had indicated that Umar’s bomb was impossibly defective. I wondered how that could be. Certainly, I thought, Al Qaeda wouldn’t go through all of the trouble to plan such an attack only to provide the terrorist with an impossibly defective bomb.

I attended nearly all of the pretrial hearings. At the hearing on January 28, 2011, I was greatly disappointed by the prosecution’s request to block evidence from Mr. Chambers “as it could then be able to be obtained by third parties, who could use it in a civil suit against the government”. It really bothered me that the government apparently was admitting to wrongdoing of some kind as it admitted that it was concerned it would be sued. It further upset me to know that the government was putting its own interests ahead of those of the passengers.

When I attended the jury selection hearings, I questioned why versions of the same two questions kept coming up, those being:

1. Do you think you’ll be able to tell whether something is actually a bomb? and  2. Do you realize that sometimes the media doesn’t always tell the truth?

I continued to be greatly saddened at this point as I felt the truth continued to be hidden.

When Umar listed me as his only witness, I was happy to testify, not on his behalf, but on behalf of the truth. I never expected to testify, as my eyewitness account would have been too damaging to the myth that the government and media are putting forward. A mere 5 days after I was announced as a witness, there was an inexplicable guilty plea which exasperated me as I no longer would be testifying.

In closing I will just say that regardless of how the media and government try to shape the public perception of this case, I am convinced that Umar was given an intentionally defective bomb by a U.S. Government agent and placed on our flight without showing a passport or going through security, to stage a false terrorist attack to be used to implement various government policies.

The effect this matter has had on my life has been astounding and due to this case, I will never trust the government in any matter, ever.

In regards to sentencing, nothing I’ve said excuses the fact that Umar tried to kill me. He has waived his valid claim to the entrapment defense. Umar, you are not a great Muslim martyr, you are merely a “Patsy”. I ask the court to impose the mandatory sentence.

A top NRA official has gone on the record with his belief that if Obama is elected for a second term he plans to effectively end the 2nd amendment with an all out ban on guns.

NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre said that Obama’s 1st term low key approach on gun rights was a conspiracy to ensure reelection for a second term where he plans a full destruction of Americans 2nd amendment rights.

An article published by the Washington Times covered LaPierre’s comments and what they may mean for America if Obama is actually reelected.

While delivering one of the liveliest and best-received speeches at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre said the president’s low-key approach to gun rights during his first term was “a “conspiracy to ensure re-election by lulling gun owners to sleep.”

“All that first term, lip service to gun owners is just part of a massive Obama conspiracy to deceive voters and hide his true intentions to destroy the Second Amendment during his second term,” he said.

“We see the president’s strategy crystal clear: Get re-elected and, with no more elections to worry about, get busy dismantling and destroying our firearms’ freedom, erase the Second Amendment from the Bill of Rights and excise it from the U.S. Constitution.”

Mr. LaPierre said the president’s two Supreme Court appointees — Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan— are “two of the most rabid anti-gun justices in history.” He also accused Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of being a foe of gun rights.

Interestingly enough, many have claimed that the NRA itself has been soft on protecting gun rights yet this direct claim by their Executive Vice President sure seems to be alert to all gun owners.

Sadly, the top Republican presidential candidates are also extremely horrible on all things freedom and liberty and, in some cases, are actually worse than Obama.

The only real choice for president in an election cycle ripe with voter fraud is clearly Ron Paul yet the corporate controlled media continues to claim that he cannot win and that his policies and ideals are out of touch with reality.

The Fox Business Channel has cancelled one of the only shows on the entire Fox News network that was in any way informative or watchable - Freedom Watch with Judge Andrew Napolitano.

In a press release distributed late Thursday, the channel announced that its entire prime-time programming lineup had been changed, with re-runs of already existing programs replacing Freedom Watch.

Napolitano’s show had been airing for a year, in which time he had consistently covered major issues that other news programs would only gloss over, if they devoted any coverage to them at all.

Napolitano’s coverage of the freedom stripping National Defense Authorization Act for one was second to none as far as mainstream news output was concerned. His legal and constitutional expertise on such matters is also unrivalled.

His focus on Austrian economics and Libertarian social policy provided a much welcome alternative to the endless left/right bickering constantly played out on programming from the likes of MSNBC, CNN, and FOX News itself.

Napolitano regularly defended the free market and lambasted the actions of the Federal Reserve, holding it accountable daily for the economic crisis that the US finds itself mired in. Congressman Ron Paul was a regular guest on the show, with a host of other informative analysts who were not merely about peddling the establishment party line or representing special interests.

It is for these very reasons that many fans of the show suspect Napolitano has been axed by the corporate machine.

Regarding Napolitano’s future, Fox Business stated that the judge will be “continuing to make significant contributions to both FOX Business and FOX News” and would “be showcased throughout future programming on both networks”

“Currently one of the leading judicial analysts on television, Judge Napolitano will continue his role on both FOX Business and FOX News, providing key legal insights surrounding the growing intersection between Washington and Wall Street.” the statement read.

Linking to the press release on his Facebook page, Napolitano wrote “sad news friends, but don’t worry I’ll still be here defending liberty.”

Libertarian activist Lew Rockwell is spearheading a campaign to have Freedom Watch reinstated, writing on his website yesterday:

As the probationary officer from Sussex Police searched for suspects, the camera operator radioed that he had seen someone “acting suspiciously” in the area.

But he failed to realise that it was actually the plain-clothed officer he was watching on the screen, according to details leaked to an industry magazine.

The operator directed the officer, who was on foot patrol, as he followed the “suspect” on camera last month, telling his colleague on the ground that he was “hot on his heels”.

Mossad is working with the terror group MEK to assassinate Iranian nuclear scientists, officials told NBC News today.

The Israeli intelligence service trained and armed Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization, or MEK, which is officially designated as a terrorist group by the State Department.

Despite the designation, the group is supported by the CIA. MEK has killed U.S. servicemen and contractors and supported the takeover of the U.S. embassy in Tehran.

The U.S. has worked closely with MEK and provided it with protected status and allowed it to continue to launch attacks on Iran from its base in occupied Iraq.

“It is obvious that Western intelligence agencies are carrying out these attacks, or if the Israelis are carrying them out, it is with the knowledge of the Europeans and Americans. Because these agencies are very closely aligned to one another, they cooperate extensively, they exchange information,” Seyyed Mohamed Marandi told Press TV in January after the assassination of Ahmadi Roshan, the deputy director of marketing at Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility.

Roshan was the fourth scientist killed since January of 2010 and follows a series of attacks on defense and nuclear facilities.

Israeli military leader Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz told a closed parliamentary committee hours before the assassination that setbacks would plague Iran’s nuclear program. “2012 is expected to be a critical year for Iran,” Gantz said, citing “the confluence of efforts to advance the nuclear program, internal leadership changes, continued international pressure and things that happen to it unnaturally.”

In January, following the murder of Roshan, MEK released a statement denying that it was behind the assassination.

In January, witnesses came forward with evidence of a FEMA rendition facility located at the airport in Los Angeles.

Given the fact that the US and Israel are both yearning for a casus belli to launch an attack on Iran, added to recent history where a staged provocation was considered, and in addition to the innumerable examples of false flags overseen by the Obama administration alone, the threat of staged terror has never been greater.

Unlike the plethora of fake terror alerts that former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge admitted were issued for political propaganda, this one is very serious indeed.

US intelligence officials last week upped the rhetoric against Iran during congressional testimony by claiming that Tehran is prepared to launch reprisal attacks inside the United States.

Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. cited the alleged Iranian plot to assassinate a Saudi ambassador on U.S. soil as a sign that, “Some Iranian officials — probably including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei — have changed their calculus and are now more willing to conduct an attack in the United States in response to real or perceived U.S. actions that threaten the regime.”

As we documented at the time, according to retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer, no information concerning the supposed plot even existed within FBI channels, strongly suggesting the story was manufactured by the Obama administration. The New York Times also reported that the dubious nature of the plot caused “a wave of puzzlement and skepticism from some foreign leaders and outside experts.”

Advocates of an attack on Iran have implied that the US could stage a provocation as a pretext for a military assault. In January 2008, Dick Cheney’s office considered staging an incident to be blamed on Iran wherein US ships patrolling the Strait of Hormuz were attacked.

Despite the sordid history of lies that were manufactured about weapons of mass destruction, Niger yellowcake and dodgy dossiers to justify the invasion of Iraq in 2003, we’re seeing history repeat itself as the US seeks to exploit another artificial crisis as a pretext to back the Israeli attack on Iran.

Numerous examples since Obama took office illustrate how his administration, and the intelligence agencies that surround it, are by no means reticent to brazenly lie and stage events for political purposes.

Despite the Obama administration’s best efforts to characterize Operation Fast and Furious, an ATF program that sought to put U.S.-based firearms into the hands of Mexican drug smugglers, as little more than a ‘screw up’, the most damning evidence strongly indicates that the whole operation was in fact an attempt to launch a false flag assault on the second amendment rights of the American people.

Obama himself told gun control advocate Sarah Brady last year that his administration was working “under the radar” to sneak attack the second amendment, just months before the Fast and Furious scandal leaked, and at the same time as administration officials were blaming violence in Mexico on the second amendment, when in reality the administration itself was responsible for arming the drug cartels.

A further example of a false flag attempt under the current administration involves the Christmas Day underwear bomber, Umar Farouk AbdulMutallab, who was helped through security, despite him being on a terror watchlist with no passport, by a well dressed Indian man, on Christmas Day 2009.

It later emerged that the State Department was ordered not to revoke Abdulmutallab’s visa by “federal counterterrorism officials” even though the accused bomber had known terrorist ties, in addition to the fact that his own father had warned U.S. intelligence officials of the threat posed by Abdulmutallab a month before the attempted attack.

While the public is being told that terrorists are about to strike on U.S. soil, the U.S. government itself has armed and funded Al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya to overthrow Gaddafi and is now backing Al-Qaeda groups in Iran to carry out bombings and assassinations in an effort to undermine the Ahmadinejad government. The same terrorists used in Libya were also subsequently airlifted into Syria as part of an effort to depose President Bashir Assad.

It is crystal clear that the gigantic anti-terror apparatus itself, created in the aftermath of 9/11, is now being used against the American people, with citizens being trained to spy on each other under the auspices of Homeland Security’s See Something, Say Something campaign. To illustrate the absurdity of how far this reaches, hot dog sellers at the recent Super Bowl were trained by the TSA to spot terrorists.

Both the DHS and the FBI are also characterizing mundane behavior, such as paying for a cup of coffee with cash, using a video camera, talking to police officers, wearing hoodies, driving vans, writing on a piece of paper, and using a cell phone recording application, all as indicators of terrorist activity.

Police used a Taser on a woman who wouldn't surrender to them after she cut into a McDonald's drive-thru line and then refused to move her car without being served, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

Evangeline Marrero Lucca, 37, pulled up to the window of the McDonald's on Legion Road, near Black and Decker Road, on Friday afternoon and held up the line for about 20 minutes before deputies arrived.

Staff at the restaurant reported that Lucca drove her Ford Taurus to the pickup window, bypassing the order screen and payment window, and tried to order her food there, she said.

"She did not want to wait in line," Tanna said. "They told her she had to go around and wait like everybody else did and place her order that way, that they weren't set up at that window to take her order or take her money. ... She wasn't having any of that."

Customer Anthony Rich said he pulled into the parking lot to order lunch and found a long line of cars at the drive-through. He said he got in line and waited, eventually getting up to the first window, where he commented about the long line.

Lisa Powell, who owns the franchise for that McDonald's location, said in a prepared statement that employees called deputies "after lengthy conversation with the customer" about why her actions were unsafe.

Rich said deputies soon arrived at the scene and ordered Lucca to get out of the car, but she refused. The deputies continued their orders for about 20 minutes, until they finally removed a young girl, he said.

"Two or three officers entered the car with her and started trying to forcibly drag her out of the car, and that's when you could hear the clicking sound of the Taser one time," Rich said. "They pulled on her a couple of times, and then they Tased (stunned) her again, and when they Tased (stunned) her the second time, she just flopped out of the car like a fish."

Lucca was charged with second-degree trespassing. Social workers took custody of her 3-year-old child who was in the car, Tanna said.

Tanna said deputies are not allowed to use Tasers on a person who simply refuses to comply with orders without danger involved, but in this case Lucca was engaging in "threatening behavior."

"Our top priority was making sure people weren't hurt because we didn't know if she was going to drive the car off and run over somebody," Tanna said. "Then there was the baby in the car we were concerned about."

A drive stun involves removing the Taser cartridge and touching the weapon directly on the skin to create a "pain compliance effect," according to the Fayetteville Police Department's use of force policy. A drive stun is applied to pressure points on the surface of the skin and allows officers to restrain a suspect without full incapacitation.

Fans attending the 2012 Super Bowl on Sunday will face a new level of security in addition to pat downs before they are allowed to enter the Lucas Oil Stadium – full body x-ray scanners.

According to WPRI.com News reporter Matt Touchette, despite a congressional demand for an investigation into the machines following health concerns, the scanners will be part of the security set up in Indianapolis this weekend, marking the first time that the controversial devices have been used for a public sporting event.

“I was out for a stroll with the intention of snapping some photos for our blog when my travels took me to Lucas Oil Stadium of all places,” writes Touchette. “It was there that I stumbled upon a temporary Patriots street sign put in place close to the site of Super Bowl XLVI (appropriately). I then found myself walking into the side gates of the stadium, through intense security which included full body scanners and then down the tunnel onto the field.”

Although Super Bowl authorities and Homeland Security have announced that pat downs and bag searches will be part of security procedures before the game, they have failed to properly inform the public that x-ray body scanners, linked with cancer risks by numerous prestigious health bodies, will also be in use.

Hailing “the most technologically protected Super Bowl,” Frank Straub, Indianapolis’ director of public safety, said that “X-ray machines” would be used throughout the stadium, but didn’t specify whether this referred to devices that scanned bags or people.

Senator Susan Collins, ranking Republican on the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, yesterday introduced a bill that would require an independent study of backscatter x-ray scanners, following the TSA’s about-face on a decision to test the machines. The federal agency also backtracked on a promise to test TSA workers themselves for radiation exposure last month.

Numerous studies conducted by prestigious universities and health authorities, including Johns Hopkins, Columbia University, the University of California, and the Inter-Agency Committee on Radiation Safety, have warned that the x-ray scanners will lead to an increase in cancers.

Johns Hopkins’ biophysics expert Dr Michael Love warned that, “statistically someone is going to get skin cancer from these X-rays,” after conducting a study of the naked body scanners.

The Lucas Oil Stadium will be surrounded by a security perimeter that fans will have to clear before they even get to the stadium itself.

“There will be a security perimeter around the stadium through which all fans must pass before entering the gate,” reports Yahoo Sports, adding that fans should not feel “self-conscious about getting patted down” because “this is the world in which we live now.”

As well as pat downs, bag searches and full body scans, fans are again being encouraged to text in reports of “suspicious activity” to Homeland Security officials.

Trucks making deliveries to the stadium will also be forced to pass through a vehicle x-ray scanner, technology that is now being introduced at US border checkpoints and on regular highways with little regard for the health risks involved.

Last year, the NFL announced its new policy would be to conduct pat downs of all people entering stadiums nationwide, a measure required as a result of NFL’s partnership with the Department of Homeland Security.

Homeland Security is also developing technology to be used at “security events” which purports to monitor “malintent” on behalf of an individual who passes through a checkpoint. The promotional video for the program explains how “Future Attribute Screening Technology” (FAST) checkpoints will conduct “physiological” and “behavioral” tests in order to weed out suspected terrorists and criminals.

The clip shows individuals who attend “security events” being led into trailers before they are interrogated as to whether they are terrorists while lie detector-style computer programs analyze their physiological responses.
